After 6 years as a Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy aboard aircraft carriers USS Eisenhower and USS Nimitz, Jason began his entrepreneurship journey. After making and losing a fortune in real estate with a 2010 crash, he launched a business technology consulting company servicing clients in Pennsylvania and Ohio, along with a SaaS Software Startup. Because of the demand from clients and the evolving technologies and strategies businesses are forced to adopt to remain competitive, he recognized the enormous opportunity in increasing business efficiencies in business systems and automation. He decided to specialize solely on the biggest challenges businesses face while delivering the highest ROI for his clients by using automated systems and processes to help them scale faster with higher profits.

Collin has been a team member and team leader of over 70 technology implementation projects over his 12 years working with a vast array of clients with different business processes and requirements. Not only does he have the knowledge and experience to effectively and efficiently solve technical challenges, but he also has a graceful way of explaining complex technical challenges and solutions to clients in a way that they understand and feel very comfortable with, knowing Collin is overseeing the whole process.

Natasha is a Development Consultant of growth marketing, with experience managing teams and running projects. Her background in marketing strategy, visual design, and team management inform her mindful but competitive approach. Natasha is fueled by her passion for understanding the nuances of process efficiency. She considers herself a ‘forever student’, eager to both build on her academic foundations in Business Management Technology and staying in tune with the latest digital marketing strategies through continued coursework and professional development. Her hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her most recent success at Tech Fusion Systems. Natasha is currently working to help improve business efficiency in systems and automation to compete in the developing digital world.

Former College Football Athlete & Record Holder. He is a partner with automation and acquisition giant, Scaling With Systems and currently runs multiple accountability groups where he oversees the success of other integrators and business owners.
